Who was your favorite Pokemon? back in teh ninedees?

Mine was Mewtoo because he could talk with his brain and desired vengeance because came from a mad science lab :D

Yeah, I got it as an Easter present. I played Diamond, but never got Pearl. They say Platinum is the definitive version so I figured I'd skip over Pearl till I find it on clearance or something. I've got every actual pokemon game except Pearl, not counting the side crap like the photography one and that.

I actually have a Bidoof I travel with. He doesn't fight, but I teach him HM moves since you can't get rid of them, and he can learn several. Usefull only in that way.

I'm not sure who my absolute favorite would be. The top ones would be Golduck, Slowpoke, Hypno, Alakazam, Gengar, and the starters.

I only saw a little of the cartoon, so I'm not intimately familiar with that area of the fandom.
